Global Bookkeeping Week is now in its 6th year, it’s supported by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) offices around the world including New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, India, UK, Ireland and the USA. It is a celebration of bookkeepers and how they benefit people, businesses, communities and our economy.

This week of special events brings together everyone passionate about bookkeepers to
encourage more people to choose ICB as an accessible route to a future-proofed
profession and a great career.

This week allows us to celebrate our achievements; how we work with businesses to help them grow and why we are an integral part of businesses and the economy.

The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)

Here at Cashtrak, we chose to be qualified by and governed by the ICB, the largest bookkeeping institute in the world. They promote and maintain the standards of bookkeeping as a profession through the establishment of relevant qualifications and the award of grades of membership that recognise academic attainment, working experience and competence. 

ICB Principles

ICB believe that sound financial management can have a profound effect on society at a personal, professional and global level. They are passionate about empowering students of all ages and backgrounds to learn new skills, find fulfilling employment or set up their own businesses.  By creating a pool of highly qualified bookkeeping talent they endeavour to help business owners take control of their finances at the right cost and, in turn, support the economy as a whole.
