Carol is now a Fellow of the ICB

Exciting news this week.  Garry Carter, CEO of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, has invited Carol to be a Fellow of the ICB. Fellow is the highest grade of ICB membership, reserved for the best of the best and ICB bestows this honour on very few.
